CVAC Update 9/02/08

Hickory 8
Bunker Hill 0

Hickory remains undefeated and takes sole possession of first place. Drew Collins, Banks Anderson and Tucker Broome each had two goals each.

Next CVAC match up is Wednesday when Patton goes to Hickory.

Patton 1

Will Bodfish scored Patton's lone goal to put them up 1-0 in the first half.
Foard's Kyle Luterback tied the match in the 67th minute and scored the game winner in the 82nd minute.

Foard travels to West Caldwell Wednesday.

Hibriten 5
West Caldwell 0

Hibriten lead at half time 2-0 but put the dagger in the heart 27 seconds into the second half. Following Tanner Sinclair's quick goal in the second half, Josh Stamey added the exclamation point in the 53rd minute. The last 25 minutes the coach took the opportunity to give his bench a workout.

Hibriten travels to Newton-Conover Wednesday.
