CVAC Update, 9/28/07

Hickory remains undefeated

According to St Stephens head coach Chris Rittle:

"Hickory plays hard and does an excellent job at running through balls.

"They're a quality squad. Possession-wise, they're very good."

"They (Hickory) crashed hard and were able to beat us to the ball."

Fred T. Foard gets their chance to take the playoff birth away from them Monday 10/01. Foard will be at home for this match. Hickory won the last match up 3-2 in Hickory. Foard would then probably have to pull for a Newton-Conover win when the Red Devils play the Tornadoes on 10/22.
