Revolution 2 - Kansas City 0


Entertaining soccer tonight. Revolution get the three points to extend their lead nine points ahead of fifth placed DC United. Halftime saw the game scoreless with even possession and New England out shooting the Wizards nine to eight. Noonan finally finished one in the 55' and Cristman put the icing on the cake in stoppage time. There were alot of players with North Carolina connections on the field.

Michael Parkhurst-played soccer at Wake Forest '02-'04
Khano Smith-played soccer at -Lees McCrae then with the Carolina Dynamo after school

KANSAS CITY HAD:

Michael Harrington-played soccer at UNC '03-'06 MLS record holder
from Greenville, NC went to residency in Bradenton in 2001
